At Fastlane Fastlane offer affordable means of shipping your personal or commercial goods without the need to hire a full container. This service is called a groupage or LCL service. What it means is that instead of hiring a full 20 or 40 foot container to Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).
Fastlane will offer you the chance to share a container with someone else. This effectively means that you only pay for the part of the container that you use.
LCL/Groupage method is by far cheaper than hiring a full container and in all cases you will received a fully itemised list of goods in the container so there is no unwanted mix-ups.
With Some companies offering shared container services, you have to wait for sometimes up to 6 weeks before they find a suitable party to share the container with you. At fastlane, this is not a problem for us because Fastlane always have goods ready to be shipped and normal waiting time is two weeks maximum.
