Are you looking for affordable shipping service to Beijing? At Fastlane, we can cater for your personal or commercial shipping needs to Beijing. Fastlane currently offer two affordable means of shipping your goods to Beijing i.e. Shared container shipping and Full container load shipping
Full container Load shipping (FCL)
Before the introduction of container shipping, it was very difficult for companies or individuals to ship their goods to Beijing safely and without the risk of damage during transit. With the introduction of container, it has never been easier and safer to ship your goods to Beijing.
Full container load shipping involves the hiring of a 20 or 40 foot container by one individual or company without sharing it with anyone else. The individual or company is free to feel up the container with as much goods as they want as long as the weight does not exceed 15 Tonnes for 20 foot and 30 Tonnes for 40 foot container.
The container will be delivered to your warehouse, home address or office for 3 hours to allow you to load the goods. If you go above the 3 hours allocated, there will be a charge of £50 per every hour above the first 3 hours. Once you have loaded your goods into the container, it will be delivered back to the port for loading into the ship. The loading of the container into the ship will be handled by trained professionals to avoid any damage to your goods.
Shared Container Service (LCL/ Groupage)
Shared container shipping is whereby the container is shared between many individuals or company. This means that you only pay for they space that your goods occupy in the container. For example, if shipping a car engine occupying about 2 cubic meters inside the container, you will only pay for the cost of that space in the container and nothing more.

Shipping cars in containers
You will be required to deliver the goods to one of our warehouses in Southampton, London, Manchester or Birmingham. The goods will then be loaded into the container by our trained staff to ensure there is no risk of damage during its voyage to Beijing. If you are unable to deliver the goods to our warehouse, Fastlane can arrange collection of the goods from anywhere in the UK. The goods will then be delivered back to our warehouse and be loaded inside the shared container.

Fastlane will take care of all UK customs procedures and documentation. Once at Beijing port, you will be required to take care of the import duty and customs charges that may apply. |
