Please ensure all cargo is accessible to the rear. Any padlocked cargo will have padlocks removed and replaced with a seal once the cargo is checked. Any inaccessible cargo will not be shipped.
All driver’s attending ports must wear the appropriate hi-vis jackets and steel toe cap boots or they will not be allowed access to the port. Photo ID must be shown.

- The ports will not tolerate any abuse and anyone who acts in this way will be escorted from the port and not allowed to return.
- All cargo must have a minimum of 15% fuel in the tank when delivered to ports
- No hazardous, No perishables, No foodstuffs & No fridges allowed to be loaded in vehicles
- No overhang is allowed at the front of any units
- Any trucks with badly conditioned or flat tyres will be rejected
- Any unsafe / badly lashed vehicles will be rejected for loading / rejected at point of arrival
- All vehicles must be in good working order with fully working brakes
